Service Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Services

LakshayPe provides only digital services — BBPS bill payments, vendor payouts and mobile & DTH recharges. No physical goods are sold or shipped by LAKSHAY PE SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Delivery of Services

• Bill payments: processed in real time through BBPS. The biller may take up to 1–3 working days to update the payment in its records.
• Vendor payouts: IMPS and UPI transfers are usually instant. NEFT and RTGS follow banking timelines and working hours.
• Recharges: usually completed within a few seconds of a successful transaction.

3. Confirmation

Every transaction gets a unique transaction ID and status (Success, Pending or Failed), visible on the partner dashboard. A digital receipt is generated for successful transactions.

4. Delays

Delays may happen due to bank, biller, operator or network downtime. Such transactions are reconciled and either completed or refunded as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
