By accessing the LakshayPe website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LakshayPe provides BBPS bill payment, vendor payout and recharge services through its platform. Service availability may depend on banking partners, billers and operators.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information and KYC documents.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. User Obligations

• Use the services only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to misuse, hack or disrupt the platform.
• Verify beneficiary, biller and recharge details before submitting a transaction.

5. Fees and Commission

Applicable charges and commissions will be shared with you during onboarding and may be revised with notice.

6. Transaction Failures

Transactions may fail or be delayed due to bank, biller or network issues. Such cases are handled as per our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, fraudulent or unlawful activity, or in breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

LakshayPe is not liable for losses caused by incorrect details entered by the user, or by delays and failures of third-party banks, billers or operators.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
